I am a somatic therapist, psychedelic guide, and founder of RootFork Medicine. My practice consists of blending bodywork, breath, and depth psychology to remove inner friction and restore coherence, helping anyone return to their most natural states of self. As a medicine man and integrative architect, I bridge somatic inquiry, movement, ritual, and mind-body intelligence to support others through ceremonial practice and somatic recalibration.

The full program offers personalized microdosing and macrodosing guidance, structured support, accountability, and a more comprehensive approach tailored to your goals, challenges, and the season of life you are in.

  • Hands-on therapeutic work to support regulation, recovery, nervous system balance, and deeper connection with the body. Drawing from decades of bodywork experience, including craniosacral therapy, these sessions help unwind tension, restore flow, and create space for healing on both physical and emotional levels.

    SomaPsych bodywork is a holistic approach that combines somatic principles with psychedelic exploration and integration to facilitate deep healing. This modality acknowledges the body's role in storing trauma and utilizes body-centered techniques to release and integrate these experiences.

    Start with a 90 minute session so that we ensure we're a good fit and gain insight into the state of your body. If we're a great fit, then we can schedule this four hour session.

  • Athletic consciousness is a unique approach to training, recovery, and personal growth that weaves together movement, mindset, embodiment, and athletic consciousness. This work supports athletes and movement-oriented people in building strength, resilience, self-awareness, and a deeper relationship with effort, purpose, and the body itself.

  • Men’s retreats are a space for honest reflection, embodied practice, meaningful challenge, and real connection. These gatherings support men in stepping away from distraction, reconnecting with themselves and one another, and exploring what it means to live with greater presence, strength, integrity, and depth.

  • Mixed gender retreats bring people together in a thoughtfully held space for healing, growth, embodiment, and authentic relationship. Through guided experiences, conversation, movement, and reflection, these retreats invite deeper self-understanding while strengthening our capacity to be in community with others.

  • Held on the first and third Tuesdays of every month, psychedelic Integration groups offer a grounded space to process experiences, share insight, and bring meaningful change into everyday life. Whether you are integrating a psychedelic journey, a major life transition, or a period of personal growth, these circles support reflection, connection, and the practice of turning insight into embodied action.

  • We typically meet at The Den Somatics inside of the TheraPsych building, the Run and Hike Club is a community space for movement, connection, and shared experience in nature. These gatherings are less about performance and more about presence, rhythm, challenge, and the simple medicine of moving together outdoors.

  • This introductory class offers a practical and grounded overview of creating your own microdoses and microdosing practice. Topics may include intention, dosage, protocols, tracking, safety, legal considerations, and the role of movement, mindfulness, and integration in making the practice more meaningful and responsible.

  • This offering is a gathering space for professionals, practitioners, and thoughtful contributors who want to engage the psychedelic field with depth, integrity, and care.
